Hello everyone. We are currently planning for the next release of OPS and reviewing all of the input provided on the forum to date. Thank you for sharing your ideas.
Now that many of you have had been using OPS for an extended period of time, we'd love to hear the 2-3 top new features or improvements you'd like to see in the next release. Feel free to share your ideas within this thread or contact Scott Anderson directly scott@7pointsolutions.com

I’ve finally created the preset filters for our team members. It works out rather nicely, thank you! I have two aesthetic suggestions: 1. Could there be a visible difference, such as a button look for the filters from which a user can choose? 2. On the same Filter screen, could the Save button be moved to the top or at least duplicated on the top?
What other changes are you hoping to implement in the next release?

Thanks Brian for the suggestions. We are also reviewing some of these enhancements to be included in the next release:
Ability to tag a booking by using a special icon in the "available at" column (instead of a time) to let your night crews know which sets to work on for the next day.
Ability to create groupings of users by "department" and make only specific completion items available to those users as well as only show tasks and/or alerts assigned to those users. (For example, catering staff would only have access to catering completion items and only see tasks that are relevant to catering).
Improvements to the building logs to allow you to incorporate form elements such as pre-defined questions or descriptive text fields.
We continue to look for feedback on where automatic email may be useful to add to the system for example when a note is added or to automatically email a building log.
Ability to run a report (for a range of dates) for tasks or setups that were never acted upon.
Potentially include views (from EMS) in addition to buildings on the filter.
