Good afternoon, At WSU we are using 7PointOps to track all of our building activity. The one hang up is that we issue tents to various locations around campus but since the event report is always sorted by event start time, we do not have any indicator to pick up the tents after an event ends. We are wondering if there is an automated way to track this. For instance, could 7PointOps or EMS assign a value to a resource that automatically created a task (that seems difficult) or have that event appear twice, once at the start time and once at the end time? We are open to any ideas you may have to create a more effective notification process for our staff! Thank you, Anthony Wayne State University PS.
